Delta 8 THC and Delta 9 THC have similar names, but they are different compounds with different properties. There are clear reasons why H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 made delta 8 THC fully legal at the federal level and why delta 9 THC was limited to a maximum of 0.3%.
